How to order: |

It is very easy, select the
quantity you'd like to order for each model. Finally fill the order
form and click on the button "Send Order". |

We will then receive an email with your order. Once we receive it,
we'll get back to you with an email containing your PayPal invoice
(if you selected PayPal as payment method), or an invoice with our
bank details for you to make the bank transfer (if you selected Bank
transfer as payment method). |

Shipping costs: |

The tables below show the approximate (based on an average miniature
weight) shipping costs for the
different shipping zones, based on the number of miniatures in your order.
You'll see the exact shipping costs on the email that we'll send you
after receiving your order.
How long will it take to receive
my order? |

Two weeks from the moment your payment is received. It may
take less time, but normally this is a good estimation.
Do not hesitate to contact
us by telephone or email if you have any question regarding your
order. We promptly reply all
order related emails, but sometimes we've found they get lost in the
recipient's spambox. Please, if you do not receive a prompt reply to
your query, check your spambox.
Pre-orders: |

Pre-order items are not yet ready to ship but already available for
ordering. As soon as the item is in stock it will be shipped to you.
If your order contains a mix of pre-ordered items and in-stock
items we'll ship all of them once pre-ordered items are in stock. If
you'd like us to ship first the in-stock items and later the
pre-ordered items, please specify so in the comments field you'll
find on the PayPal paying form. Misscasts: |
A good casting has to be exactly as the models pictured on
the website (except for a bit of size reduction compared to the
greens).
To us this is top priority, as I want gamers & collectors to have an
exact copy of the green we have invested so much time and effort to
sculpt.
That is why we check every casting before it is packed into the
blister. However, some misscasts or not good enough castings may
make it to the blister.
If, upon receiving your order, you feel like the castings are not
good enough, for whatever reason, please, drop us an email and we'll
solve the problem very gladly. Again, a good casting has to be
exactly as the original green model (except for that very small size
reduction).
