Miscasts and replacements

The quality of our miniatures is a total priority to Avatars of War. Our sculptors spend a lot of time creating each master model, and we want to see that effort reflected in each casting.

Each miniature is carefully checked before it is put in the blister, however, it is possible that some times a miscast piece makes it through.

If, upon receiving your order, you are not satisfied for any reason, or there is a miscast piece or a missing part  please contact us and we will gladly solve the problem.
