There are still some days left for it to be finished, so please, let us know your suggestions and feedback and I'll pass them on to Marc.

Thanks!

Looking good so far! I'll have to agree with Tobi, though. He's a little static. Mabye have him lean forwards a little more, so he's looking even more threatening and in-your-face than he already does?

Plus could we have him in the Englisch WIP section as well, since my Spanish is non-existent at best... ;)

Cheers,
Monsterzonk

It would be absolutely great if you or someone else could tell Mr. Iglesias about the static pose of the ogre.
And if it already was said by someone over there, thanks a lot!

Have a nice weekend, Tobias

Yeah, that´s something the people has already said, but this seem to be a pic problem.

I will keep you all informed

The pose doesnt bother me nearly as much as the head. Anyone else think this looks EXACTLY like one of the GW ogre heads with an added top knot? Maybe not but im holding a model in my hand with a head that looks scarily similar.
Id like the face to be a little more unique. This looks just like another bulls head. Bulls are tough and all, dont get me wrong, but as an Avatar and with all the variety an ogre can have in his face... scars, large wounds, eye patches, tusks, piercings, metal plates, stitches... this one doesnt have me very impressed and i was really looking forward to it too.
The armor is an A, easy, and the body could be with a minor pose change as discussed but the head and face are a C- at best.

There are many petitions for an alternative head, so there will be an alternative head for it! :thumright:

Will there be optional Weapons? I know the pose doesn't allow too much Variation but Gamewise it would be cool if the ogre has a big brutal Weapon like the Minotaur. Would it be possible to have an additonal pair of Hands like that

The Pose could probably work and it would look really cool I think.
The Rest is very nice and i can't wait to have him in my hands.

Was just thinking the alternate head would look rad with a yelling open mouth.

Im obviously very excited about this mini.
Was thinking id like to see alot of the things the current head is lacking on the optional head. A yelling mouth with tusks would be great, maybe one broken. Id also like to see a large wound on the top of his head maybe running down to an eye thats gone. The wound would look great with metal staples bolted in keeping it together.
A lot of this can be accomplished with conversions but it would look a lot better if sculpted by someone as talented as Marc.

Great. Thanks again for posting the thing with the static pose, I could somehow guess some Spanish words because I had some Latin in school. :D

Ever since I saw the picture of the Orc Brute yesterday I am absolutely convinced Marc will do a great & stunning job with the ogre. :bounce: :applause:

It is obviously masterfully sculpted, especially the amazing armour. But I for my part would have really enjoyed a more dynamic pose, putting these muscles to a good use. But maybe a replacement head, maybe with a wide opened, roaring mouth can do that.
