The Hordes of Apocalypse season continues at Avatars of War!

After the release of the Warriors of Apoc regiment sets and the Lord of War, it is time for another hero now. A Lord of pestilence!

Image

Really hope you like it!
More apocalyptic heroes and troops soon!

Wuooooooh, I REALLY like him!
Damn, I really would like to see a painted picture.
I also have to say, this is something which is bothering me quite often. You invest so much time in sculpting these beautiful miniatures, why not wait one or two days more and have somebody paint it? I am sure you would find a skilled painter in Barcelona who would be more than happy to paint the very first version of your sculpts in very short time for free! GW gets that, they only show you painted minis, it just attracts customers.

I agree that I'd really like to see painted versions of many of the AoW miniatures, a few (and this one in particular) could really show their detail much better with some paint.

Still, very nice model!

Presumably he was sculpted short for a reason?

I'd much prefer he was about 5mm taller. Are his legs long enough?

Given the quality of the sculpt I think I can live with him being a short fat guy. :D

Will he have any other weapon choices?

I would also like to know. I'm not a fan of the sword; although I feel like AoW has generally been sclupting excellent models for the Hordes of Apoc and this is no exception.

Oh I really like this miniature, simply awesome look and very cool weapons. And I like my models to be various sizes, afterall we are not all clones and the same height.
