hey,

i am planning an arena for arena deathmatch. I will show the progress here.

I started with buying some molds from hirst arts.

Then I needed some casting material. Idecided to use dental stone.

Ant these are the first casts.

I think I have to cast the molds about 100 times

so keep on on casting.

Mixing the material with water and filling it into the molds lasts about 5 minutes. After this it lasts about 10 - 15 minutes till the casts will be hard.

Looks very good.
Do you shake the molds to reduce bubbles?

no. i dont have to shake them, because there are no bubbles if you use dental stone type 4. Just fill in and wait. :D

Maybe it is used for people who have smoked all their lives, so it matches the tar stains.
