 Post subject: question regarding stats used with combat moves

Hello again

some of the moves list two statistics seperated by a backslash. I am wondering if you are supposed to use the highest, lowest or average of these two. example skills

Launch roll ST vs ST/AG
lift and crush ST vs ST/CS
punch ST vs ST/CS

I'm probably missing something obvious but can anyone clarify this for
