Great those minis are, true, but what good does it, if they never reach me, though paid?

I ordered 4 miniatures, the dwarf berserker, the dwarf thunderlord, the elf hero and the darkelf sorceress. I paid those on 13th of march.

On 27th of march I was told, that there were problems with the quality of the thunderlord and got asked if I want the other three minis send immediately and the thunderlord when the new castings arrive, which I accepted.

In the middle of april still no miniatures had arrived, not even the three others and so I wrote another mail asking for news.

My mail was answered on 2nd of may (!!!) telling me, that my three miniatures were sent in the third april week and should reach me in the following days and that the thunderlord would be shipped as soon as available.

Now another month has passed and still, though it is more than two months ago that I paid for the 4 miniatures, I have not being send anything but excuses.

My last mail addressing this problem from 20th of may hasn't even been answered yet.

Maybe my last mail did not reach you, so I write it here.

It is understated when I say that I am really dissappointed with your support and I REALLY would like to know, when I will finally get the 4 miniatures I paid so much time ago...

In effect, your figures were sent long ago. Also your account has not been receiving some of our emails for some unknown reason (we have replied all your emails promptly as we really care about replying promptly to emails regarding paid orders).

We've emailed you from another email account to sort out the problem. If an email does not reach you between today and tomorrow, please reply here to let me know.
