Very very close now. We are on the final step (the castings are on their way to here). They were shipped from the caster on Friday, so they will be here Wednesday the later I presume (it is 3 days shipping).
The day after all pending pre-orders will be shipped.

Thanks for your patience. It really can't be done any faster, as I had to fix the green arms sprue which were deattached after the first moulding (ship back and forth), then the moulds had to be redone, then the masters had to be shipped here and be checked very carefully, then make production moulds, then cast and ship the castings.

We have discarded doing pre-orders anymore, so these problems do not happen again. From next release, all releases won't be available until castings are here, packaged and ready to go.

As for the pre-orders, I personally dont mind waiting I'd rather you got things done the best you can than rush through minis, I'd still like to be able to pre-order things tho, just so I know I'll be able to get one when you do get them cast

I think doing away with pre-orders is a smart idea. That way you wouldn't end up disappointing people when any unforeseen problems happen.

I don't think pre-orders are the problem. Keeping people informed of what is happening seems to be the biggest problem.

Customers really shouldn't have to search for the news on a minature. We understand that a problem with the casting happened, but more updates to those still waiting via email would negate these problems. Look at Hasslefree, their service is second to none, they keep people informed if any problems show them selves. Just tighten up on this and I don't think the pre-orders will be a problem anymore.

I'd have to agree it's not the waiting that's the problem it's the lack of information. I'd appreciate an update either by e-mail or even just an announcement on this forum. Have the casting arrived yet? Are they ready to be dispatched? When will they be sent?

Well, the castings will be finally here tomorrow! Customs keeping the package delayed the thing a bit more, but I am going personally to the customs office (in the Barcelona airport) tomorrow to get them as I already asked for and received the necessary forms and stuff to get them out of there.
Anyway, I will confirm tomorrow that we have the castings in the studio.

I also can't believe it has been so long for these figures to get fixed, remoulded, sent here, ... (actually customs had never stopped a package before!) )
